This is a small business and occasionally appointment openings can be limited. In order to provide you with the best service possible and access to appointments during the busy times, Taniya Brandon Massage enforces a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments.

Cancellations

To reschedule your therapeutic massage session, you must do so within 24 hours of your appointment. Since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation, any cancellation with less than 24 hours will be charged the full rate for that session.

Late Arrivals

We realize that tardiness is sometimes out of our control. We will do our best to provide you with the best treatment possible in the time remaining. If in the case you are late for your appointment and the original appointment time is cut, you will be charged for a original appointment time.

New Client/Patients

Please note that valid credit card information is required of all new patients/clients at the time of booking to hold your appointment.  Also, an INTAKE form must be completed.
