2B Precise Massage LLC is owned and operated by Taniya Brandon. Taniya is a New York State licensed massage therapist who competed in natural bodybuilding competitions 2008 - 2017. While preparing for bodybuilding competitions, Taniya often incorporated foam rolling techniques, stretching, massage, acupuncture, and rehabilitation techniques to manage pain from workouts and recover from injuries. Taniya not only knows the importance of keeping muscles in balance, but also how painful injuries and muscular imbalances can feel. She has worked as a massage therapist for the US Tennis Open, NYC Marathon athletes, weekend warriors, and everyone in between.
As a graduate of the Swedish Institute and with over 10 years of experience working the health and fitness industry Taniya decided to open 2B Precise Massage LLC to help share her passion with others. The focus of 2B Precise Massage is to help clients reduce pain for a better Quality of life so they can continue to do what they love through orthopedic massage therapy and sports massage therapy.
2B Precise Massage uses a target-specific multi-modality and holistic approach using techniques that are preventative and rehabilitative. The aim is to reduce pain, the symptoms of pain, and dysfunction by focusing on the cause of it all. The techniques used could help restore muscles to a Healthy balanced state to improve mobility, and the ability to complete your day-to-day activities with less to zero pain. Additionally, the massage techniques used could help improve flexibility, mobility, circulation, breathing, posture, enhance sports performance, and reduce the chances of injury. The holistic treatments used are Organic Arnica, Organic Hemp Seed Oil, essential oils, and infused oils to help her clients recover faster, perform better and feel better.
A typical session involves an initial intake of your medical background, daily activity, a postural assessment, and a discussion about your areas of concern. This is not your “run of the mill” spa or a “pamper myself” kind of massage. Focused and undivided attention is given to your area of concern.
