Deep Tissue Massage
A full body massage designed to remove severe tension. Deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Optional aroma therapy is included with each session.

Medical Massage
Medical Massage is a option between a Orthopedic or Sports Therapy massage. Orthopedic massage therapy is a result orientated modality which focuses on soft-tissue injury rehabilitation and prevention. Goals for an orthopedic massage session typically include decreasing pain, increasing range of motion, and preparing the body to return to normal daily routines. Orthopedic massage can also be used to treat surgery-induced tissue damage, such as after a back surgery. A 30- or 60-minute session will usually focus on one area, such as the back, while a 90- or 120-minute session will usually focus on two areas. Conditions that can be improved with an orthopedic massage include (but are not limited to) tennis elbow, whiplash, tendinitis, Spondylolisthesis/ Spondylosis, and plantar fascitisis a combination of the most effective techniques to help reduce pain/discomfort from past injuries or overuse syndromes, increase range of motion/function, and help maintain your active lifestyle. Optional aroma therapy and cupping is included with each session.
Sports Therapy Massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body maintain its range of motion and feel stronger. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles. It helps athletes to prepare their bodies for optimal performance and prevent injury.

Memberships
Each membership includes one (1) 60 minute or one (1) 90 minute massage therapy session each month. If you need more than one massage per month membership clients can get 10% off any additional service at regular price.
Your membership will automatically renew every month and unused sessions rollover for 12 months before expiring.

Cupping Therapy Add-On Service - $20.00
Cupping is therapy in which plastic cups are applied to the skin, creating suction. Cupping is incorporated into the massage session to help with pain management, inflammation, circulation, relaxation, and your overall well-being.
